For over 40 years, the Poland Spring family has been hosting both local and destination weddings, offering seamless, no-hassle wedding packages set against our beautiful and historic backdrop. Planning and hosting your special day is a breeze with your choice of ceremony locations: our historic All Souls Chapel or our picturesque gazebo. Each ceremony includes dedicated ceremony time, an on-site coordinator, and a one-hour rehearsal.
Celebrate afterward in one of our three stunning reception venues—the grand and stately Maine Inn Dining Room, an elegant outdoor tent, or the historic Poland Spring Water Museum where you will personalize your day with your own arrangements for music, photographer, cake, flowers, and décor.

Our Reception Locations
All Wedding Packages Include:
- Your choice of ceremony site either the All Souls Chapel or Gazebo (All Souls Chapel always booked as your back up)
- Ceremony Rehearsal prior to the wedding (Rehearsal dinner available not included in price)
- Reception for 4 hours
- Artisanal cheese and cracker board and fresh vegetable crudites’ for cocktail hour
- Complimentary Poland Spring bottled Water, ice tea, and coffee
- An unlimited buffet prepared by our Master Chef
- Cake cutting (you provide the cake)
- Complete set up and breakdown including your decorations
- Complimentary honeymoon suite or two bedroom cottage for the entire weekend
- White linen napkins, tablecloths and china
- Full bar set up (cash bar unless requested otherwise) with necessary licenses
- Dedicated staff to plan and execute your perfect day
