Mel’s Hilltop Restaurant – chef, line cooks, servers, bartenders – Minimum age 17

Housekeeping – housekeeper, laundry – Minimum age 16

Dining Room – servers, hostess – Minimum age 14

Front desk – Reservations, gift Shop – Minimum age 16

Golf Course –  landscape, laborers – Minimum age 16

Pro Shop – Desk, rangers, starters- Minimum age 16

Event staff, bartenders servers – Minimum age 18
