Thank you for reaching out to the Poland Spring Resort.  Our team reviews every inquiry personally and we consider each request thoughtfully. We wish we could help every person and organization in need of support, but regrettably, we are financially unable to do so.

We annually support many causes. Here is a brief list of our top donations: Many of them we have done over 40 years.

  • Annually work with the Maine Soldier and Family Readiness Center – giving FREE vacations to soldiers and their families. There is criteria to qualify. Over the years we have given hundreds of free vacations.
  • Annually give 100 turkeys to the Poland Food Bank at Thanksgiving and ask our guest to bring food for the food bank
  • Golf Tournament Fundraiser for Poland food banks – “Suzanne Golf for Food”
  • Golf Tournament Fundraiser for Poland Spring Preservation Society “Fenn Ross Golf Tournament”
  • Fundraiser Gala for Androscoggin Home Care and Hospice – “Autumn Night Out”
  • Fundraiser for Poland Fire Rescue – “Spring Fling”
  • Local events we support: Christmas Comes to Poland, Winter festival, Heritage Day

You may send request to Info@Polandspringresort.com. Please include the date of your fundraiser and address to whom we should mail our donation. We rarely give cash donation, you may ask for complimentary accommodations or gift cards. Sorry but if you are out of Androscoggin & Oxford County unlikely we can help.

Here we are with the snow melting and my oldest son in the backyard boiling sap for maple syrup. It was just last week I thought again about what a great time our family had this past August being able to stay in a cabin for a few days. This allowed us to get away from the business of life and enjoy some much needed family time. Although this was not the first time we have been able to be a part of the military appreciation you extend, it does seem like the most fun we’ve had. The
kids love the pool and being able to participate in free disc golf and mini golf was icing on the cake.

A big thank you for allowing the military in Maine to enjoy Poland Springs resort at no cost!!! We celebrated the one month birthday of our twins (making that 6 kids in our family under the age of 13) yesterday and we are already looking forward to what has become a regular family “vacation” this summer.
