The Beach House, originally the Bath House, was built for the guests of the famous Poland Spring House. It is on the National Register of Historic Places. Sitting on the edge of Middle Range Pond with a view of the entire lake and facing west to catch the amazing sunsets.
In 1982, the building was remodeled to a private home, now available for rent. On the first floor, a library, open living room with sofa bed, dining area and kitchen, a bedroom with a king and 1 full bath and 1/2 bathroom and a porcover the small beach. Upstairs is a bedroom with one king and bathroom with shower and laundry. Outside is a grill, outdoor furniture and dock.
