  1. Exclusive use of a bride’s room one hour prior to the ceremony for those last-minute touches and photo opportunities
  2. Limited picture-taking on the first floor

Gazebo Information:

  1. Consider a sand ceremony as an alternative to candles
  2. Flexible decision-making by 8 AM to switch locations due to weather
  3. Availability of a microphone and PA system
  4. Approval-free use of musical accompaniments (piano, violin, etc.)

 

All Souls Chapel Information:

  1. Historic organ played by approved organists
  2. Rehearsal included for the chapel and/or gazebo the evening prior or before your wedding
  3. Candelabras and candles allowed only at the altar area
  4. Pictures allowed inside the chapel before and after the service
  5. Use of fake flower petals to protect the beautiful tile floor
  6. No glitter allowed
  7. Use of a 50-foot white runner, pew bows, and pew clips for added elegance
  8. Availability of a microphone and PA system
