DESCRIPTION:– Ryder Cup – \nSunday August 23\, 2026 \nTwo Person Team – Pick your own partner. \nTEE TIMES – Pro Shop will assign tee times. \nMembers can register by contacting the Pro Shop at (207)998-6002 or by clicking the link below and registering online through the Poland Spring Golf Genius portal. Members registering individually online must notify the Pro Shop of the other team member. \nREGISTRATION LINK – \nENTRY FEE – $25.00 per player \nTEES – Assigned Tee Times / Players will play from their default tee. \nFORMAT & HANDICAP  \nTwo Player Team  \nHoles 1 – 6  – BEST BALL /  90% Handicap Allowance \nHoles 7 – 12 – ALTERNATE SHOT / 40% of sum – selected drives \nHoles 13 – 18 SCRAMBLE / 35% + 15% \nELIGIBILTY – Open to all Poland Spring Members with active GHIN handicap. \nPURSE – Winners will be awarded prize money\, determined by finishing position\, in the form of Pro Shop Credit.  All Pro Shop Credit must be used by October 15th. \nSCORE POSTING – No score posting – Team event \nRULES OF GOLF – All play will be governed by The Rules of Golf as approved by the USGA\, except as modified by Local Rules. The Rules Committee will have the final authority on all rulings. The competition is deemed to be closed when the trophy is awarded to the champion. \nThe Tournament Committee/Rules Committee reserves the right to alter any of the conditions\, provisions\, and/or schedules herein. The decision of the Tournament Committee/Rules Committee in any matter is final. \n
